St. Anthony Village is a small, distinctive suburb tucked between Minneapolis and the inner ring — you've probably seen the water tower. Most of the housing is 1950s-60s construction on compact lots, plus newer townhome and apartment development near Silver Lake Village. On the single-family side, we do a lot of second- and third-generation roof replacements.
Scope is typical inner-ring suburb work: full tear-off to deck, ventilation correction, updated ice-and-water coverage, and 30-or-50-year architectural shingles. We find a fair amount of old cedar shake underneath here, because a lot of St. Anthony homes got a single asphalt overlay in the 80s or 90s.
