Eden Prairie is full of lakes — Bryant, Mitchell, Round, Staring, Red Rock, Riley — and a lot of the housing wraps those lakes in a mix of 1980s custom homes and newer construction. Off-the-shelf doesn't fit a lot of homes here, and exterior projects are almost always customized to match what's already in place.
Our most common Eden Prairie project is an insurance-driven roof replacement that turns into a siding conversation partway through. Once the shingles are off and you can see what the sun and hail have been doing to the west elevation of siding, it's usually the right time to redo both. We price them separately and let you decide.
Lakefront homes get the same treatment as our Chanhassen and Wayzata lake work — careful attention to fastening patterns, humidity, and wind exposure you only get off open water. It's not the same as a subdivision a mile inland, and we don't treat it that way.
