Roofing & Exterior Work in New Hope
New Hope is a 1960s bedroom suburb — that's literally its origin — and the core housing stock reflects that era. Mid-century ramblers and splits fill most of the blocks, and we've been working on them for a long time. Most are now on their second or third roof, and a lot of the original siding has been cycled through at least once.
Our usual New Hope work is a full tear-off with updated ice-and-water shield coverage and modern ventilation correction — baffles, ridge vent, and soffit intake that actually breathes. Original mid-century homes often have ventilation that was fine by 1965 standards and inadequate by today's roofing requirements. We handle that as part of the scope, not as an upsell.
Siding swaps lean toward LP SmartSide or steel, often paired with a window replacement on the same exposure so the front of the house resets visually.
