New Brighton is a Ramsey County suburb with a mix of 1950s-60s ranchers, 1970s-80s subdivisions, and newer infill construction. The old TCAAP industrial site sits on the west edge, and the housing built up around it over a long stretch. That age spread means we're working on everything from original roofs due for their first full replacement to 40-year-old homes on their third.

Gutter work is a close second — a lot of the original 1960s aluminum is rotted out at the seams and due for replacement with seamless five- or six-inch.
