Fridley has a harder history than most north-metro suburbs. The 1965 tornadoes leveled big sections of the city, and a lot of the housing that went up in the late 60s was rebuilt under pressure. That matters now, because we often find framing, decking, and ventilation details that didn't age great. On a tear-off we're watching for those issues and addressing them when they show up.
